To support this large-scale operation, we are looking for an Operator who is comfortable working in a five-shift system. With an average of 33.6 working hours per week, this role offers a healthy work-life balance.

You will start with a gross hourly wage from €17.48, excluding shift allowances. On top of that, you will receive an average shift bonus of 28.75%. Your exact salary will depend on your experience and age.

As an Operator, you have an essential role in both the production and packaging of cookies. Depending on your position, you may work as a Process Operator, where you focus on preparing dough and monitoring the baking process, or as a Packaging Operator, where you ensure products are properly packed and ready for shipment.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

• Operating and fine-tuning production lines, while carrying out quality inspections;
• Keeping a close eye on the production flow to maintain efficiency and product quality;
• Detecting and solving minor technical issues and making adjustments to the production lines when needed;
• Performing basic maintenance tasks to keep machinery running smoothly;
• Recording production information and reporting any irregularities to ensure clear communication within the team.
