To support this large-scale operation, we’re looking for an Operator who is comfortable working a five-shift schedule. With an average of 33.6 working hours per week, this role offers a healthy work-life balance.

You will start with a gross hourly wage of €17.48, excluding shift allowances. In addition, you will receive an average shift bonus of 28.75%. Your exact salary will depend on your experience and age.

What can you expect from us?

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, starting at 5 km;

As an Operator, you play a key role in both the production and packaging of cookies. Depending on your position, you may work as a Process Operator, focusing on preparing dough and monitoring the baking process, or as a Packaging Operator, ensuring that products are properly packaged and ready for shipment.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

• Operating and fine-tuning production lines, while conducting quality inspections;
• Keeping a close eye on the production flow to ensure efficiency and product quality;
• Detecting and resolving minor technical issues and making adjustments to the production lines as needed;
• Performing basic maintenance tasks to keep machinery running smoothly;
• Recording production information and reporting any irregularities to ensure clear communication within the team.
