You’ll work through UBN for one or more clients. This is a good fit if you want to work flexibly or are available on a temporary basis. - Prospect of a permanent position (temporary work)
You’ll start through UBN, and if your performance is satisfactory, you can be hired directly by the client. Ideal if you’re looking for a long-term job. - Permanent Position Through UBN (Secondment)
You’ll be employed by us with set hours and will work for one or more clients. You’ll have income security combined with variety in your work. - Directly Employed by the Client (Recruitment & Selection)
You’ll apply through UBN, but you’ll be directly employed by the client. We’ll guide you through the application process, including any assessments. - Work & Learn (Internship / BBL)
You’ll combine work with learning and gain practical experience at UBN.
