What qualities are important?
As a customer service representative, you will be in a lot of contact with customers every day. It is therefore important that you enjoy helping people. You have good communication skills, both written and verbal. In addition, you must have good empathy so that you can always come up with an appropriate answer. Staying patient and listening well are also important qualities. Experience or a degree is not always necessary. With guidance or minor training, you can get started quickly.
