ABU certified

UBN Employment Agency is affiliated with and certified by the ABU (General Association for Temporary Employment Agencies). This is the largest and most prominent trade association in the temporary employment sector.

Not every employment agency is a member of the ABU. Only organizations that meet strict quality requirements are admitted. These include clear rules on safety, fair employment conditions, proper employment practices, and the correct payment of social security contributions.

This means extra security for both clients and temporary workers. You can rest assured that UBN stands for quality, reliability, and transparency. What's more, ABU members are regularly audited to ensure that these high standards are always met.

SNA quality mark

The SNA quality mark is a quality mark for the temporary employment sector and contractors. This means that companies are assessed against officially developed standards: NEN 4400-1. Based on this standard, checks are carried out on, among other things:

  • Identification of the company (including registration requirements)
  • The declaration and payment of payroll taxes and sales tax
  • Working with people who are authorized to work in the Netherlands
  • Payment of at least the statutory minimum wage
  • Potential risks associated with hiring and lending workers

UBN Employment Agency complies with the standards set out in NEN 4400-1 and is listed in the Labor Standards Register.
