UBN Employment Agency is a member of and certified by the ABU (General Association for Temporary Workers). It is the largest and most influential trade association in the temporary employment sector.

Not every staffing agency is a member of the ABU. Only organizations that meet strict quality standards are admitted. These include clear rules regarding safety, fair employment conditions, responsible employment practices, and the proper payment of social security contributions.

The SNA certification is a certification for the temporary staffing sector and labor contractors. This means that companies are assessed against officially established standards: NEN 4400-1. Based on this standard, the following areas, among others, are reviewed:

• Company identification (including registration requirements)
• The filing and payment of payroll taxes and sales tax
• Working with people who are authorized to work in the Netherlands
• Payment of at least the statutory minimum wage
• Potential risks associated with hiring and leasing workers
