Working at UBN

Together with some seventy colleagues, we work from our offices in Almere, Amsterdam, Apeldoorn, Groningen, Rotterdam, Schiphol-Rijk and Utrecht. You will also find us in-house at various clients, where we are the master vendor and the point of contact for multiple staffing agencies. We also regularly help our clients with the recruitment and selection of permanent staff.

Hello new colleague!

In 1991 Willem de Groot and his then partner opened our first branch on Utrecht's Biltstraat. With a hefty dose of ambition, they started helping job seekers find suitable work in logistics and industry. Today we still do this work with the same passion.

Community involvement

At UBN, we take our responsibility seriously. Every year we actively commit to charities. In 2024, we chose to support Stichting Hartekind.

All the activities UBN is doing this year, we are also using them to raise money for charity. With the money we raise this year, we support scientific research by Stichting Hartekind. This is important because it improves the survival chances of heart children.
