Careers at UBN
Together with around seventy colleagues, we operate from our offices in Almere, Amsterdam, Amersfoort, Apeldoorn, Groningen, Rotterdam, Schiphol-Rijk, and Utrecht. You’ll also find us working on-site at various client locations, where we act as the master vendor, managing the process and serving as the point of contact for multiple staffing agencies. We also regularly assist our clients with the recruitment and selection of permanent staff.

In 1991, Willem de Groot and his business partner at the time opened our first office on Biltstraat in Utrecht. With a great deal of ambition, they began helping job seekers find suitable work in logistics and industry. Today, we continue to do this work with the same passion.
Our headquarters are located in Bilthoven, in a historic building that was once home to a large family. At UBN, we take our social responsibility seriously. Every year, we actively support charitable causes. In 2026, our anniversary year, we have once again chosen the Hartekind Foundation.
We are also using all of the activities UBN is undertaking this year to raise money for charity.
