About Remia
Who hasn’t heard of Remia? Almost everyone has dipped fries in their famous french fry sauce or tasted one of their other sauces during a Christmas gourmet dinner or a summer BBQ. That’s not surprising, since Remia has been around for nearly 100 years and is now a household name in the Netherlands—and far beyond! The Remia factory is located in Den Dolder, also known as the sauce capital of the Netherlands. Here, a wide range of sauces, dressings, frying oils, and margarines is produced every day. This is done by the more than 400 employees who work there. Remia is a dynamic family business with an open corporate culture. There is a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, and interactions among colleagues are friendly and approachable. Remia is constantly evolving, offering ample opportunities for personal growth. From its factory in Den Dolder , Remia Den Dolder worldwide. You’ll find its products not only in supermarkets but also in restaurants and cafes, both within and outside the Netherlands. In addition to manufacturing the products, the factory also produces packaging, conducts quality checks, and handles the entire distribution of the products. At Remia, you can work as a production worker, forklift operator, quality inspector, machine operator, or maintenance technician. You’ll be assigned to one of the following departments:
In the process department, employees are involved in product development. Here, they monitor the progress of the process and inspect the production lines to ensure quality. In this department, it is especially important that you are sharp and alert, and able to work with precision.
In the packaging department, all sauces, dressings, frying oils, and margarines are packaged in Remia’s distinctive packaging. The employees ensure that the packaging process runs smoothly. Product quality is our top priority. As a member of the packaging department, it is important that you have a proactive attitude and are results-oriented.
The technical department resolves daily malfunctions in both the processing and packaging departments. Electrical engineering and mechanics go hand in hand in this work. A team of experienced technicians is responsible for, among other things, assembling and maintaining machines and carrying out minor modifications. Would you like to join this great company? You can!
