About Remia
Who doesn't know Remia? Almost everyone has tasted a French fry dipped in their famous fritesauce or one of their other sauces during Christmas gourmet or a summer BBQ. Not surprisingly, because Remia has been around for almost 100 years and has become a well-known name in the Netherlands, but also far beyond! The Remia factory is located in Den Dolder, also known as the sauces heart of the Netherlands. This is where a wide range of sauces, dressings, deep-frying fats and margarines are produced every day. This is done by the more than 400 employees who work there. Remia is a dynamic family business with an open corporate culture. There is a professional but casual atmosphere and contact between colleagues is pleasant and low-threshold. Remia is constantly developing, so there is plenty of room for personal growth. From the factory in Den Dolder, Remia operates all over the world. You will not only find the products in the supermarket, but also in catering establishments, both inside and outside the Netherlands. In addition to making the products, the factory also produces packaging, performs quality checks and takes care of the entire distribution of the products. At Remia you can work, for example, as a production worker, forklift driver, quality controller, operator or breakdown engineer. You will end up in one of the following departments:
In the process department, employees are engaged in developing the products. Here the progress of the process is monitored and production lines are checked to ensure quality. In this department, it is especially important that you are sharp and alert, and can work with precision.
In the packaging department, all sauces, dressings, frying fats and margarines are packaged in Remia's distinctive packaging. The employees ensure that the packaging process runs smoothly. The quality of the product is paramount in this process. As part of the packaging department, it is important that you have an active work attitude and are result-oriented.
The technical department solves daily malfunctions of both the process department and the packaging department. Here, electrical engineering and mechanics go hand in hand. A team of experienced mechanics is responsible for building and maintaining machines and carrying out minor modifications. Would you also like to work for this great company? You can!
