Als Recruiter bij UBN Schiphol- Rijk werk je zelfstandig. Je bouwt je eigen kandidatennetwerk op, onderhoudt contact met klanten en zorgt dat vacatures worden ingevuld, ook als het snel moet. Je hebt al minimaal een jaar ervaring in de uitzendbranche, dus je weet wat dat vraagt.
Wat je hier krijgt is vertrouwen en ruimte. Geen hand aan de hand, wel collega’s die voor je klaarstaan als je ze nodig hebt.

• Salaris: € 2.900 – € 3.200 bruto per maand
• Bonus: Up to 18% of your annual salary as an end-of-year bonus
• Vacation: 27 vacation days + 3 additional days (not for sick leave)
• Hours: 40 hours per week

Wat ga jij hier doen?

• Je werft en begeleidt kandidaten van intake tot plaatsing;
• Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een grote klant;
• Je onderhoudt contact met kandidaten, teamleiders en managers;
• Je ondersteunt de vestiging Almere wanneer nodig; dus ook daar op locatie.
• Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en pakt kansen op om processen slimmer te organiseren;
• Je zorgt dat administratie en afspraken goed geregeld zijn en vastgelegd zijn.

Work experience is great, but life experience is just as important here. We’re looking for someone who understands people, isn’t afraid to speak their mind, and at the same time knows that sometimes things just have to be done a certain way.
