What you can be sure of when you start here

• Salaris: € 2.800 – € 3.100 bruto per maand
• Bonus: Up to 18% of your annual salary as an end-of-year bonus
• Vacation: 27 vacation days + 3 additional days (not for sick leave)
• Hours: 40 hours per week

What will you be doing here?
Finding and mentoring candidates

• You actively seek out candidates and quickly get a sense of who someone is and what they need;
• You will conduct intake interviews and support people from their first interview through to their first day on the job;
• You write job postings and proposals that attract the right people.

Seeing and seizing opportunities

• You will be the primary point of contact for your clients and build genuine relationships;
• You identify opportunities with existing customers—not through cold calling, but by listening carefully and adapting your approach;
• You speak up whenever there’s room for improvement—with a client, within the team, anywhere.

Contribute ideas and get involved

• You contribute your own ideas and are given the freedom to put them into practice;
• You keep records and work in an organized manner, even when it’s simply necessary;
• You inspire the team in a positive way.

Work experience is great, but life experience is just as important here. We’re looking for someone who understands people, isn’t afraid to speak their mind, and at the same time knows that sometimes things just have to be done a certain way.

• You're decisive; you don't sit around waiting—you just get things done;
• You spot business opportunities and seize them, without having to spend all day cold-calling;

• You have experience in a service-oriented or commercial environment;
• You live in or around Almere have a Class B driver's license.

Step 2. Meeting the recruiter – The recruiter wants to get to know you better. We’ll talk about the job, the team, and our company. Above all, we want to know who you are and what you’re looking for. If this is a positive conversation, we’ll invite you to complete a personality assessment. We’ll also contact a reference.

Step 3. Meeting with your future manager – During this second meeting, you’ll meet your future manager and regional manager. This will give you a better idea of your new workplace. In this meeting, they’ll discuss the results of your personal assessment in more detail. We’re already excited about you and want to make sure, together, that you end up in the right place.
