This audit was conducted in connection with the upcoming Act on the Admission and Posting of Workers (Wtta). During the audit, an assessment was made of the extent to which UBN complies with the (future) requirements that this Act imposes on temporary employment agencies.

The audit results confirm that our processes and procedures are fully in line with current and future requirements.

UBN The staffing agency is a member of and certified by the ABU (General Association for Temporary Workers). It is the largest and most prominent trade association in the temporary staffing industry.

Not every staffing agency is an ABU member. Only organizations that meet strict quality standards are admitted. These include clear rules regarding safety, fair employment conditions, responsible employment practices, and the proper payment of social security contributions.

This provides extra peace of mind for both clients and temporary workers. You can count on UBN to deliver quality, reliability, and transparency. In addition, ABU members are regularly audited to ensure that these high standards are always met.

The SNA certification is a certification for the temporary staffing sector and labor contractors. This means that companies are assessed against officially established standards: NEN 4400-1. Based on this standard, the following aspects, among others, are reviewed:

• Company identification (including registration requirements)
• The filing and payment of payroll taxes and sales tax
• Working with people who are authorized to work in the Netherlands
• Payment of at least the statutory minimum wage
• Potential Risks Associated with Hiring and Subleasing Workers
