This audit was conducted in connection with the upcoming Act on the Admission and Posting of Workers (Wtta). During the audit, an assessment was made of the extent to which UBN complies with the (future) requirements that this Act imposes on temporary employment agencies.

De uitkomsten van de audit bevestigen dat onze processen en werkwijze volledig in lijn zijn met de eisen die nu én in de toekomst worden gesteld.

UBN Employment Agency is a member of and certified by the ABU (General Association for Temporary Workers). It is the largest and most influential trade association in the temporary employment sector.

Not every staffing agency is a member of the ABU. Only organizations that meet strict quality standards are admitted. These include clear rules regarding safety, fair employment conditions, responsible employment practices, and the proper payment of social security contributions.

This provides added peace of mind for both clients and temporary workers. You can be confident that UBN stands for quality, reliability, and transparency. Furthermore, ABU members are regularly audited to ensure that these high standards are consistently met.

Since UBN already meets all the requirements set forth in the new Act on the Authorization of the Provision of Workers (Wtta), you can be sure that you’re working with a reliable and officially authorized staffing agency. The SNA certification is a certification for the temporary staffing sector and labor contractors. This means that companies are assessed against officially established standards: NEN 4400-1. Based on this standard, the following areas, among others, are reviewed:

• Company identification (including registration requirements)
• The filing and payment of payroll taxes and sales tax
• Working with people who are authorized to work in the Netherlands
• Payment of at least the statutory minimum wage
• Potential risks associated with hiring and leasing workers
