Working together.

Together with around seventy colleagues, we work from our offices in Almere, Amsterdam, Apeldoorn, Groningen, Rotterdam, Schiphol-Rijk, and Utrecht. You can also find us in-house at various clients, where we act as the master vendor, taking charge and serving as the point of contact for multiple temporary employment agencies. We also regularly assist our clients with the recruitment and selection of permanent staff.

Hello, new colleague!

In 1991, Willem de Groot and his then business partner opened our first branch on Biltstraat in Utrecht. With a healthy dose of ambition, they set out to help job seekers find suitable work in logistics and industry. Today, we continue to do this work with the same passion.

All activities undertaken by UBN this year will also be used to raise money for charity. The money we raise this year will go towards supporting scientific research by the Hartekind Foundation. This is important because it improves the survival chances of children with heart conditions.
