Are you strong in organizing and arranging? Are you good at keeping things in order? And do you have experience as a work planner? Then we are looking for you!

As a work planner, you will be responsible for:

• Review and enter work orders
• Liaise with customers regarding orders, scheduling, problems, deviations and complaints
• Preparation of quality reports in Word or Excel
• Set prices for small orders based on price lists
• Perform various job-related tasks

In short: You ensure the smooth flow of orders, monitor delivery times and ensure the timely execution of core tasks.

You are driven in your profession and know how to add value to the team with your personality and knowledge. For this challenging position we are looking for an independent, ambitious colleague with a no-nonsense mentality.

What do you bring?

• At least a mbo level 4 diploma
• Demonstrated experience in a similar position
• Command of English and German language
• Willingness to take various courses
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain an overview and think ahead
