For our client in Diemen, we’re looking for a work planner who’s ready to seize this opportunity with both hands.

Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Are you good at organizing and coordinating? Can you keep things well organized? And do you have experience as a work planner? Then we’re looking for you!

As a work planner, you are responsible for:

• Reviewing and entering work orders
• Maintain contact with customers regarding orders, scheduling, issues, discrepancies, and complaints
• Creating quality reports in Word or Excel
• Setting prices for small orders based on price lists
• Performing various job-related tasks

In short: You ensure the smooth processing of orders, monitor delivery times, and ensure that core tasks are completed on time.

What are you bringing?

• At least a Level 4 vocational diploma
• Demonstrable experience in a similar Function
• Proficiency in English and German
• Willingness to take various courses
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain an overview and think ahead

In addition, you are self-reliant, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are fluent in spoken and written Dutch. You are cost-conscious, practical, solution-oriented, and have a well-rounded mindset.
