As a moving assistant, you play a vital role. You help the driver navigate, call the customer while you’re on the road, and, of course, assist with loading and unloading the truck. You do all this during a major milestone in the customer’s life: their move. It’s a stressful event that you help make go smoothly. Because when necessary, you go the extra mile and help disassemble and reassemble the customer’s belongings. That’s what makes your job so rewarding!
As a mover, your workday always starts early in the morning. But getting up early is no problem at all for you. And make no mistake: a move is one of the most important moments in your customers’ lives. Whether it’s a residential or commercial customer, moving remains a stressful experience. But you keep a cool head and know exactly what to do. You take care of everything for the customer from start to finish. As a co-driver/mover, you actively help with loading and unloading the truck and always have a smile on your face. Your workday is done once everything is ready and the customer is satisfied.
As a mover, no two days are the same—one day you’re helping a business client move, and the next you’re assisting a private client with their move to a new location. Together with your team, you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and get to work with enthusiasm. Your phone stays safely in your pocket—you don’t need it at all. And you don’t have time for it anyway. No, you’re busy loading and unloading the truck, packing and unpacking moving boxes, and assembling and disassembling the clients’ belongings.

We handle many moves for business clients, which is why we are looking for someone who:
- is presentable
- speaks and understands Dutch well
- is sociable
- is physically fit
- has a high standard of work and thinking
- can adapt quickly
- holds a VCA and VOG certificate or is willing to obtain and apply for them
