Technical Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated technical support staff member who’s eager to roll up their sleeves and get to work. Experience is a plus, but what we value most is your desire to learn and grow in a dynamic technical environment.
We also offer:

• A salary ranging from €2,371 to €2,800 gross per month.
• Two shifts: from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
• Reimbursement of expenses.
• Opportunity for a permanent contract.

As a member of the technical support team, you are an indispensable part of our team. You keep our machines running smoothly, whether they involve electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic systems. You’ll handle malfunctions, maintenance, and improvement projects. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, and no two days are the same!

• At the company, you’ll have the opportunity to receive thorough training from experienced colleagues.
• If a problem arises, you're the one who identifies it and resolves it as quickly as possible.
• As a technical service representative, you will also perform maintenance to prevent breakdowns and repair parts as needed.

For the Technical Support Specialist Function we are looking for someone who identifies with the following:

• You think in terms of solutions and enjoy analyzing and solving technical problems.
• You are open to learning new techniques and skills. Experience is not required, and you are willing to continue developing your skills.
• You have a good command of Dutch and English.
• You are able to communicate effectively with colleagues and technicians, both verbally and in writing.
• You don't give up, even when things get tough. You see complex problems or challenges as an opportunity to grow.

Our client is part of an international group. It is an import/export wholesaler of fruit juice concentrates. Our client operates in the food industry and therefore places a strong emphasis on hygiene, safety, and quality. This is also why various safety instructions have been posted throughout the workplace.
