Scaffolder

Today you’ll be installing a suspension bridge at one of the largest concert halls in the Netherlands. Tomorrow you’ll be building scaffolding at a construction site. As a scaffolder for our client, you’ll ensure that people can work safely at heights—all while enjoying the most beautiful views every day. Sounds great, doesn’t it?

We are looking for a scaffolder for our client in Berkel en Rodenrijs. This is a Function 40 hours per week Function . We offer a starting gross salary of €2,532.67 per month. Your salary can be increased by passing exams in three areas. For each exam passed, your monthly salary will increase by €25. The exams cover safety and work procedures.
If you perform well, there is even the possibility of being hired directly by the client.

We also offer you:

• A travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer;

As a scaffolder, you ensure that people can work safely at heights of dozens of meters—all while you get to work in some of the most beautiful locations. Every morning, you start at 7:00 a.m. in Berkel en Rodenrijs. For this Function , it is Function important that you have a driver’s license.

You will be responsible for erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding. Most of the scaffolding is made of aluminum. The scaffolding is erected at both private residences and businesses. Every day, you’ll be working in a different environment.

Some of the tasks you will be working on include:

• Assembling and dismantling aluminum and steel scaffolding systems;
• The assembly and disassembly of suspended walkway systems;
• Loading and unloading material carts;
• Reviewing safety instructions.

Our client offers opportunities for growth. They also provide training opportunities. You can take exams in three different areas:

• Suspension bridges;
• Aluminum scaffolding;
• Steel scaffolding.

Each module consists of three exams (9 in total). For every exam you pass, your monthly salary increases by €25.

As a scaffolder, you’ll be working at heights every day. For this Function therefore important that you’re not afraid of heights. We’re also looking for someone who identifies with the following:

• You hold a valid VCA certificate;
• You have proven work experience in the construction industry;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language;
• You hold a Class B driver's license;
• You can make your own way to Berkel en Rodenrijs by 7:00 a.m.
