What we offer:

• Monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,000 (plus a hardship allowance of €100) based on a 40-hour workweek.
• Year-end bonus of up to 16% of your gross annual salary.

As a recruiter, you are the primary point of contact for both our clients and our temporary staff. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the collaboration goes without a hitch. Specifically, this means that you:

• Creates schedules and makes sure everyone is in the right place.
• We handle payroll so that everyone receives their pay on time.
• Visits clients, holds meetings, and gives tours to new employees to help them feel welcome.
• Handles recruitment activities, such as writing job postings and conducting initial interviews.

What else we expect from our recruiter:

• A vocational or college-level work and thinking ability.
• Available at least one day a week, starting at 6:45 a.m.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Must have a Class B driver's license and live in the Utrecht area.

Step 2. Meeting the recruiter – The recruiter wants to get to know you better. We’ll talk about the job, the team, and our company. Above all, we want to know who you are and what you’re looking for. If this is a positive conversation, we’ll invite you to complete a personality assessment. We’ll also contact a reference.

Step 3. Meeting with your future manager – During this second meeting, you’ll meet your future manager and regional manager. This will give you a better idea of your new workplace. In this meeting, they’ll discuss the results of your personal assessment in more detail. We’re already excited about you and want to make sure, together, that you end up in the right place.

Step 4. Welcome to the Team! – Great, we’re still on the same page! We’d like to make you an attractive offer. You can sign the contract online; there’s no need to come in person. Welcome to UBN! Our onboarding program is designed to help you feel at home quickly and get off to a great start at UBN.
