What we offer:

• Monthly salary between €2600 and €3000 (plus an inconvenience allowance of €100) based on 40 hours.
• End-of-year bonus of up to 16% of your gross annual salary.

As a recruiter, you are the main point of contact for both our clients and our temporary workers. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the cooperation runs smoothly. Concretely, this means that you:

• Schedules and makes sure everyone is in the right place.
• Settles payroll so that everyone receives his/her money neatly on time.
• Visits customers, conducts consultations and gives tours to new employees, making them feel welcome.
• Takes up recruitment activities, such as writing job postings and doing intakes.

Every day is different, which keeps it exciting. You work at two different locations and get the chance to see inside two companies. Making you a real part of their success.

You are a networker at heart. You love contact with people and know exactly how to influence them positively. In addition, you are someone who is always persistent and direct in your approach. What else we expect from our recruiter:

• A mbo+ or college work and thinking level.
• Available at least one day a week, starting at 6:45 am.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
• In possession of driving license B and living in the Utrecht region.

Step 2. Meet the recruiter - The recruiter wants to get to know you better. We will talk about the work, the team and our company. Above all, we want to know who you are and what you are looking for. Is this a positive conversation? Then we will invite you to fill out a personality analysis. We also like to call a referent.

Step 3. Interview with future manager - During this second interview, you will meet your future manager and regional manager. This will give you a better picture of your new workplace. In this conversation, they will go deeper into the results of your personal analysis. We are already excited about you and together we want to make sure you end up in the right place.
