The reception is located at the main location and is the first point of contact for visitors. You will therefore be responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors. The reception is the first impression that visitors, guests, and customers have of our client, so it is important that someone is always present at the reception to receive visitors.
The reception ensures a friendly and professional first impression of our client.
The receptionist receives and welcomes visitors in a customer-friendly manner. The receptionist will speak to visitors, assist them, and, if necessary, refer them to the appropriate person or department. In addition, answering phone calls, handling mail and email, and performing administrative tasks are part of the job. The receptionist can only perform the work at the reception desk (main location).
The receptionist often works independently and is in contact with many different departments. The receptionist reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
You are responsible for the following:
- Receiving visitors, guests, and customers.
- Ensuring that visitors register and are directed to the correct department.
- Answering questions from visitors.
- Providing visitors, guests, and customers with something to drink.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and email.
- Answering and transferring phone calls.
- Manage office supplies.
- Keeping the reception desk and lobby tidy.
- Various light administrative tasks.
