Here's what you get
As a receptionist in Zoetermeer, you are ready to welcome visitors with a smile every day. You answer all questions by mail and phone. You are the face of the company, ensuring a warm welcome and a good first impression. You will work Mondays and Fridays from 08:00 - 17:00 (16 hours per week). You will earn between 14.85 and 18.10 euros gross per hour. This comes out to a monthly salary between € 1029 and € 1254 euros gross per month. Salary depends on your experience.

What you will do
You love customer contact, customer satisfaction and customer focus. In short: everything to do with customers! The combination of service and administrative work are your daily contribution. As a receptionist you are the first point of contact for customers and relations. You have contact with customers, both by mail and by phone. You answer questions about products.
In addition, you will also pick up the following tasks:

Your qualities
To get started as a receptionist, we ask the following:
- Experience in a similar position with administrative processes and systems in an office environment.
- On short term full time commitment.
- Communication Strong.
- Good knowledge and mastery of the MS Office package and you speak and write Dutch fluently.

Our client provides a complete package of products and services that contribute to the success of library or (school) media library in your area.
