What to expect.

  • A part-time job of 32 hours per week with working days between Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
  • Salary between €13.68 and €14.95 gross per hour.

What you will do

As a receptionist, you are the point of contact for suppliers, customers and drivers. You have direct communication with the logistics staff. You have a varied job in which you have to keep calm in the chaos. The company you will be working for is in paper recycling. The paper is collected and from high quality types of waste paper. Your duties will consist of the following:

  • Point of contact for customers in the Netherlands and abroad.
  • Entering orders into sales system.
  • Liaise with carriers, buyers and suppliers.
  • Prepare and process transportation documents.
  • Instruct drivers to load and unload.
  • Truck roads.

Your qualities

To be considered for this position, we ask the following:

  • MBO work and thinking level.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Dutch and English language. Knowledge of German language is an advantage.
  • Good social and communication skills.
  • In possession of own transportation: there is no public transportation nearby.
