Production Employee

What we offer:

• Gross hourly wage starting at €13.68.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday, with possible employment on Saturdays during busy periods.
• Working Hours: You will start at 4:30, sometimes at 5:30 during quiet periods. Your work days will be longer during busy periods. This should not deter you.
• Overtime: surcharges for overtime and weekend shifts.
• Start date: Effective immediately.

As a Production Worker Flower Coloring, you will play an essential role in the production process of our client, a leading company in the flower industry. You will be responsible for carefully coloring and preparing flowers so that they arrive at our customers in perfect condition.

What will you do?

• Immersing flowers in dye baths.
• Hang out flowers to drain the paint and shake them carefully to remove excess paint.
• Hang the flowers to dry and then prepare them for transport.

We expect the following from you:

• Available full-time Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work Saturdays and longer days during busy periods.
• You have perseverance, are flexible and have a good work rate.
• You have a command of the Dutch language.
• In possession of own transportation due to early start times.
