Production Worker

In addition, we offer you the following:

• A gross hourly wage starting at $13.68.
• A full-time position of 38 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Hours: Monday through Wednesday – 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Thursday – 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Friday – 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• A wide range of opportunities to take courses and training programs to further your professional development.

As a General Production Worker, you play a key role in our production process. You will be assigned to various workstations within the production area and, when necessary, you will also assist in the packing department. At our client’s facility, team members help one another as needed to ensure that every order is completed on time and with precision.

Your responsibilities:

• Operating simple machines in production.
• Independently prepare fillings for various products according to the recipe.
• Assist in preparing various types of dough and baking products.
• Performing assigned tasks independently after a training period.
• Paying attention to critical issues in food production.
• Keep your workstation clean and work with precision.

We would like to see the following from you:

• Some experience in the food industry is preferred.
• You are expected to be available once a week from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks and work environments.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility.
• Flexible and willing to work varying shifts.
• Working at a brisk pace and handling the fast-paced environment of food production.
• Working systematically within set time limits.
• Experience as a production worker.
• You are fluent in Dutch.
