Production Worker

In this Function , you Function full-time on day shifts with set working hours. You’ll be part of a casual work environment where colleagues help one another and where there’s room to learn new things. The salary starts at €2,600 gross per month for a 40-hour workweek (21+). You’ll also accrue pension benefits through the BPF and receive 26 vacation days.

• Working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (after the training period, also from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

You’ll be working on a production team that prints soccer uniforms and other sports gear every day for both amateur and professional athletes. You’ll ensure that names, numbers, and logos are neatly placed in the right spots. This could involve T-shirts, jackets, or even athletic shoes. You’ll receive training and guidance, but prior experience is required since you’ll be joining the team during a busy period.

While you're working:

• Print your shirts.
• Make sure that all the printing is correct.
• Work carefully to ensure that every product is in perfect condition when it leaves the facility.
• Help your colleagues when things get busy.
• Make sure orders are ready on time for customers and clubs.

You’re on your feet a lot during the workday, but the work atmosphere more than makes up for it. Colleagues help each other out, and there’s plenty of laughter. Seeing the final result gives you a boost of energy—you might even spot your own print job on TV later.

Experience is helpful for this position, but not required. You’ll be joining us during a busy period, so you’ll be thrown right into the deep end. However, it’s important that you work accurately and take ownership of the final result. You must have a good command of Dutch, as you’ll need to be able to read work instructions and labels.
