Production Process Operator

As a process operator, you will manage the entire production process. You will ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ready, calibrate the machines with precision, and oversee the smooth production of delicious baked goods such as pastry crusts, cream horns, apple turnovers, and sausage rolls. Your dedication is essential to maintaining our high quality and safety standards. You will work in Edam and receive a gross monthly salary between €2,730 and €3,300, excluding bonuses.

• A full-time position for 37.5 hours per week. 
• 3 shifts: 4:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., 1:15 p.m. – 9:45 p.m., and 9:30 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.
• A shift premium of 18.70%, and for weekend work, the premiums range from 50% to 100%.
• A travel allowance of €0.23 net per kilometer.

As a process operator, you manage the entire production process. You ensure that all necessary materials and ingredients are ready, calibrate the machines with precision, and guarantee a smooth production process for our beloved bakery products, such as pastry crusts, cream horns, apple turnovers, and sausage rolls. Your contribution is vital to meeting our high quality and safety standards, and you’ll be an essential member of our team of 200 colleagues working together in a three-shift rotation.

We’d like to see the following qualities in you as an operator:

• High school diploma or equivalent and experience in a similar Function the food industry.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• An independent, organized work ethic and a focus on quality and food safety.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
• If you have your own transportation: there is no public transportation nearby.
