Process operator production

As a process operator, you will manage the entire production process. You ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ready, adjust the machines accurately and ensure the smooth production of delicious bakery favorites such as pastry bottoms, cream cones, apple turnovers and sausage rolls. Your commitment is essential to ensure our high quality and safety standards. You will work in Edam and receive a gross monthly salary between € 2,730 and € 3,300, - excl. allowances.

• A full-time position for 37.5 hours per week. 
• 3-shifts: 4:00 - 1:30 p.m., 1:15 - 9:45 p.m. and 9:30 - 5:00 p.m.
• A shift bonus of 18.70% and working on weekends the bonuses increase from 50% to 100%.
• A travel allowance of €0.23 net per kilometer.

As a process operator, you will manage the entire production process. You ensure that all necessary materials and ingredients are ready, adjust the machines accurately, and ensure a smooth production process of our beloved bakery products such as pastry bottoms, cream cones, apple turnovers and sausage rolls. Your contribution is vital to meeting our high quality and safety standards, and you will be an essential player within our team of 200 colleagues working together in a 3-shift operation.

We would like to see the following in you as an operator:

• MBO working and thinking level and experience in a similar position in the food industry.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• An independent, structured work attitude and a focus on quality and (food) safety.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• In possession of own transportation: there is no public transportation nearby.
