Cutting and Packaging Operator

We are looking for an Operator in the slicing and packaging department for our client, who delivers bread to Albert Heijn daily. You will earn a gross monthly salary of €2,785, excluding bonuses (based on a 40-hour workweek).

What do we offer?

• A gross hourly wage starting at €16.01 per hour (excluding bonuses), depending on age.
• Shift work: shifts include day, evening, and night shifts. Because of the varying work hours, you’re entitled to some nice bonuses! Between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM, you receive a 34% bonus, and on Saturdays and Sundays, you receive a 200% bonus.
• A travel allowance of €0.19 starting at 7 km.
• A workweek of no more than 35 hours per week.

As an Operator in thecutting and packaging department, you are responsible for the baking process. This includes setting up, monitoring, and adjusting the entire process of an automated packaging line. See below for your duties as a Cutting and Packaging Operator:

• Check that the correct packaging materials are available.
• Adjusting the packaging line to accommodate different sizes according to specifications.
• Setting up and starting the packaging equipment.
• Monitoring the process and recording findings.
• Troubleshooting minor equipment malfunctions. Providing guidance and instructions to colleagues.

For the Cutting and Packing Function , we expect you to:

• Similar experience as an operator.
• Experience in the food industry. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
• You are fluent in Dutch: you work with a Dutch system.
• Flexibility: You will work shifts, both during the week and on weekends.
• If you have your own transportation: there is no public transportation nearby.
