Cutting and Packaging Operator

We are looking for a slicing and packaging operator for our slicing and packaging department in Aalsmeer. As a slicing and packaging operator, you will ensure that the products are processed correctly. You’ll earn a gross monthly salary of €2,785, excluding bonuses, based on a 40-hour workweek.
What do we offer?

• A gross hourly wage starting at €16.01 per hour, excluding bonuses.
• A full-time position working 30–40 hours per week on rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Attractive bonuses: You receive a 34% bonus between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM, and a 200% bonus on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Travel allowance of €0.19 starting at 7 km.

As an operator in the cutting and packaging department, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that product quality remains high. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating machines and robots for cutting and packaging tasks.
• Checking and restocking packaging materials.
• Converting the line for different types of bread.
• Maintaining checklists and ensuring quality and safety.
• You can resolve minor issues on your own; work with the team leader to resolve more serious ones.
• Ensure that the workplace is clean and organized.

For the Cutting and Packing Function , we expect you to:

• You have similar experience as an operator and/or knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
• You are fluent in Dutch: you work with a Dutch system.
• You are flexible and work shifts, both during the week and on weekends.
• You have your own transportation; there is no public transportation in the area.
