Operator

Do you enjoy working with machines? Would you like to be involved in setting up, operating, checking and adjusting these machines? Then this position as an operator is for you! For our client in Vlaardingen we are looking for an operator. You are responsible for one or more (production) processes. You adjust or intervene where necessary so that the final product meets all requirements.

This is a position of 40 hours per week. You will work in a nice team where you can be yourself and work well together. We offer a gross monthly salary between € 2,500 and € 2,700, depending on your age and experience.

Furthermore, we offer you:

• A shift bonus of 12%;
• A travel allowance;
• An independent and challenging role with room for your own ideas;
• A long-term position with a chance for a permanent contract.

Please note that the shifts are from 06:00 to 15:00 (morning) and from 14:30 to 23:15 (evening). It is important that you live near Vlaardingen or have your own transportation.

As an operator, you have a lot of responsibility. You make sure the machines are working properly and solve breakdowns when necessary. Your goal is to make products that meet all quality requirements so that the customer receives the best products.

Your duties include:

• Preparing machines by adjusting them and supplying appropriate materials;
• Report malfunctions and problems to your supervisor;
• Taking production samples for quality control;
• Suggest improvements;
• Keeping machines and work areas clean during and after work.

When you are well inducted, you get more and more responsibilities. And how fun is it when one day you can induct new employees and interns!

What do we ask of you as an operator?

• You have mbo 4 working and thinking level.
• You have experience in a similar position.
• You can do a good job independently and unsupervised.
• You are willing to work two shifts.
• You speak and write excellent Dutch
