Operator

Do you enjoy working with machines? And would you like to be involved in setting them up, operating them, checking them, and making adjustments? Then this Function an operator is perfect for you! We are looking for an operator for our client in Vlaardingen. You will be responsible for one or more (production) processes. You will make adjustments or intervene where necessary to ensure that the end product meets all requirements.

This is a Function . You will be working in a friendly team where you can be yourself and collaborate effectively. We offer a gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €2,700, depending on your age and experience.

We also offer you:

• A shift allowance of 12%;
• Travel expense reimbursement;
• An independent and challenging role with room for your own ideas;
• A Function with the possibility of a permanent contract.

Please note: shifts are from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (morning) and from 2:30 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. (evening). It is important that you live near Vlaardingen or have your own transportation.

As an operator, you have a lot of responsibility. You ensure that the machines are working properly and resolve any malfunctions if necessary. Your goal is to manufacture products that meet all quality requirements, so that the customer receives the best products.

Your responsibilities include:

• Prepare machines by adjusting them and supplying the correct materials;
• Report malfunctions and problems to your supervisor;
• Taking production samples for quality control;
• Proposing improvements;
• Keep machines and workstations clean during and after work.

Once you are fully trained, you will be given more and more responsibilities. And how great would it be if one day you could train new employees and interns!

What do we expect from you as an operator?

• You have an MBO 4 working and thinking level.
• You have experience in a similar Function.
• You can perform well independently and without supervision.
• You are willing to work in two shifts.
• You speak and write excellent Dutch.
