In this new Function working at an innovative company in Deventer that specializes in developing vegetarian and vegan organic products. As an operator, you’ll work on the production line and be responsible for the entire production process. You’ll start by mixing the right ingredients for the dough and ensure the process runs smoothly through to the freezing of the final products. Maintaining a clear overview of the weekly schedule is essential for this role.

You may also be assigned to the packaging department. In this role, it’s important to be able to adapt quickly, as you’ll need to respond immediately to incoming orders. In both departments, you’ll work independently and be the sole operator on the line.

You’ll be joining a friendly, close-knit team at a rapidly growing company that offers plenty of opportunities for advancement. In this role, you’ll work in a two-shift rotation with a gross hourly wage of €14.80, including a 6.1% ATV allowance. A 33% premium applies to hours worked after 6:00 PM, and a 35% premium applies to hours worked before 6:00 AM.

What do we expect from you as an operator?

• You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch.
• You work meticulously and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are good at assessing situations and responding on the spot.
• You handle temperature changes just fine, since one room is nice and warm while the other is cold.
• You're good at working independently.

More than ten years ago, we began producing and packaging vegetarian products for retail and foodservice. Since then, we have expanded our customer base to include various international private-label clients. In early 2020, we decided to transition entirely to vegetarian and vegan production and discontinued our meat production. Thanks to our specialization in plant-based products, we are the go-to partner for all things vegetarian and vegan!
