You’re probably wondering, “What will I be doing every day as an operator?” As an operator, you play a key role in the packaging process. Quality is our top priority. You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining machines, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll monitor the entire packaging line and troubleshoot any issues as needed. With an eye for detail, you’ll oversee the quality of the packaging process. You’ll also record essential data related to food safety. As an operator, you will work in two shifts. The working hours are from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM/12:00 AM. The salary depends on your age and experience and ranges from €14.37 to €16.10 gross per hour, excluding bonuses. If you work before 5:00 AM or after 6:00 PM, you’ll receive a 25% bonus. Full-time availability is preferred. Part-time work is possible upon consultation. You will be working in refrigerated areas, so please keep this in mind. You will be provided with a nice warm jacket for this.

If you have a vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking, are comfortable lifting heavy items, have your own transportation to our location (either by car or bicycle), and have an excellent command of the Dutch language for safety guidelines, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for. Add to that a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to keep a clear overview, and you’re perfect for this role. It’s a nice bonus if you have a forklift certification. You can also obtain this at UBN’s expense.
