What can you expect when you start?

As an Operator at Remia, you will be responsible for controlling and fine-tuning automated production and packaging lines. You may work in the Margarine Factory, where products such as margarine, baking fats, and frying fats are made, or in the Sauce Factory, where a wide range of sauces—including dressings, fry sauces, and BBQ sauces—are produced. Some of these production lines can be up to 70 meters long. Working closely with a tight-knit team, you’ll ensure the process runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently, with a strong focus on quality in both products and teamwork.
What will your workday be like?
- Preparing, adjusting, and converting packaging lines when changing packaging types or formats;
- Supporting, guiding, and coordinating colleagues on the production floor;
- Resolving minor technical issues on your own and identifying more complex issues, which you then report to the technical support team.
You will work on a three-shift schedule with the following hours: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

For this role, it’s important that you already have some experience as an Operator in a production environment and that you’re comfortable working in a three-shift system. You have a solid technical understanding, are good with numbers, and are comfortable using computer systems and production software.
Do you also have any of the following? That’s a plus:
- A valid forklift or reach truck operator's license;
- A VAPRO and/or HACCP certification.
