Operator

As an Operator, you’ll be working at Pally Biscuits, the well-known cookie factory in Nieuwegein. In this modern production environment, approximately 10 million cookies are produced every day. For this large-scale operation, we’re looking for an Operator who’s ready to work a five-shift schedule. You’ll work an average of 33.6 hours per week, giving you a great work-life balance.
You’ll start with a gross hourly wage of €17.83, excluding shift differential. The average shift premium is around 28.75%. Your final salary will depend on your age and experience.

As an Operator, you are responsible for producing and/or packaging cookies as part of the production process. Depending on your role, you will work as a process operator—preparing the dough and monitoring the baking process—or as a packaging operator—ensuring that the products are neatly packaged and ready for shipment.

What are you going to do?

• Setting up and adjusting production lines, performing quality checks, and recording production data;
• Monitoring and inspecting the entire production process to ensure quality;
• Troubleshooting minor malfunctions and reconfiguring or adjusting production lines;
• Performing minor technical maintenance on the machines;
• Sharing information about progress and details with colleagues and supervisors.

For this Function , we Function someone with experience in a similar role who is comfortable working a five-shift rotation. You will alternate between day, evening, and night shifts.
