Mechanic

Are you technically minded and do you want to work on the maintenance of installations and machines? We are looking for a mechanic to strengthen the team. In this position, you ensure that installations continue to function properly. You do this by inspecting them, maintaining them and resolving malfunctions. This is a long-term position with the prospect of permanent employment. You can start immediately. You will work in a two-shift system. The salary is negotiable. This depends on your experience.

• A challenging full-time job as a Mechanic at a growing company.
• The salary of a mechanic with more than 5 years of experience is between €3300 and €4000 gross per month.
• 15% shift allowance.
• Working hours: 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:15 to 22:45 (2 shifts).
• Travel reimbursement (even if you live in Dordrecht).
• Long-term position with the prospect of a contract with the client itself.

Your duties as a Mechanic will include:

• Inspecting installations.
• Carrying out measurements and inspections according to checklists.
• Identifying problems and repairing them where necessary.
• Troubleshooting.
• Quickly carry out repairs and adjust installations.
• Perform maintenance on machines and installations.
• Ensure that the technical documentation is complete and correct.

• You have an MBO-3 level education in a technical field (electrical engineering or mechatronics).
• Certificates: Certificate for operating forklifts and other means of transport.
• Knowledge: Good command of the Dutch language (reading, writing, arithmetic). Basic knowledge of the Arbo legislation is a bonus.
• Experience: Experience in a similar technical role is required
• Skills: Feeling for technology and experience with machines and control panels is an advantage.
