What else you can expect as a Logistics Foreman (m/f):

• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer. This is subject to a maximum of 25 kilometers one way.
• Salary is negotiable to a certain extent.
• A 36-hour workweek on a two-shift schedule. With shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Work on a Saturday or Sunday once every two weeks.
• If both parties are satisfied, there is a possibility of a permanent contract.

As a Logistics Assistant Supervisor (m/f), it is important that you have a strong sense of responsibility. This is because you will be overseeing the logistics process on a daily basis. You will ensure that all orders for refrigerated products are ready on time, in the correct quantities and of the right quality. This ensures they are perfectly prepared for transport from the distribution center to the stores.

Your responsibilities as a logistics foreman (m/f) are as follows:

• The day-to-day management of the logistics process.
• Coordinating and managing the work and the division of tasks.
• Monitoring the progress of the work in relation to the scheduled completion times.
• Any bottlenecks in the process are identified promptly. You discuss possible solutions with your manager.
• Guiding employees in their work. You will train new employees.

A hands-on logistics supervisor (m/f) always strives for the best results. You’re a team player and you’re not afraid of a challenge.

In addition:

• Do you have a vocational education (MBO) level of work experience and cognitive ability?
• Do you speak both Dutch and English?
• Are you able to handle stress, eager to learn, and customer-focused?
• It would be great if you have experience in a logistics setting.
