Logistics Foreman (Hands-On) in Amersfoort

You’ll work shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. You’ll also work on weekends and holidays. The warehouse is air-conditioned, so you’ll be working in a cool environment.

What will you be doing?
As a hands-on logistics foreman, you’ll be actively involved in the warehouse in Amersfoort. At the same time, you’ll maintain an overview and assist your colleagues. You’ll quickly spot where help is needed and step in if work isn’t going according to plan.
You’ll be a key point of contact on the work floor. You’ll ensure that everyone works safely and follows the rules. If something goes wrong, you’ll work with your team to resolve it. Sometimes you’ll fill in for the team leader and make sure everything runs smoothly.

What skills do you need?
For this Function important that you have experience in logistics and can communicate clearly. You understand how a warehouse operates and enjoy helping others.

• Level 3 vocational education (MBO), preferably in logistics
• Knowledge of HACCP or a willingness to learn it
• You speak Dutch and English (for safety and communication)
• Experience working in a warehouse
• A reach truck certification is a plus, not a requirement

You don't mind working shifts and in a refrigerated environment.
