Warehouse Worker

As a Warehouse Associate in Nieuw-Vennep, you will be responsible for moving, loading, and unloading air freight equipment. You will be working at our client’s facility, which has been a global market leader in temperature-controlled containers for over 30 years. Interested? Apply now! We offer you a challenging Function :

• A gross hourly wage of €15.04.
• A part-time job of 24 hours per week. You will work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In this Function the focus Function on working carefully with dry ice. You will ensure that the containers are always filled with the correct amount and neatly placed on the shelves. Through your attention to detail, you will contribute to the safety and efficiency of the transport process and ensure that the containers remain at the correct temperature.

What are you going to do?

• Checking and replenishing dry ice: You check the dry ice supply and ensure that the containers are properly filled and placed in the correct location on the shelves.
• Preparing (refrigeration) equipment for transport: You load the equipment, ensuring it is clean and tidy in accordance with the guidelines, so that everything can be transported safely.
• Keeping your workspace and bins clean and tidy: You keep both your workspace and the bins organized so that everything remains neat and tidy.
• Moving containers with a forklift: With your forklift experience, you can move containers safely and efficiently.
• Working with colleagues: Together, you ensure that incoming air freight is processed properly and that outgoing orders are ready for shipment on time.

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented and has a good understanding of air freight requirements. Here’s what we expect from you:

• You can apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct.
• You have computer experience and are familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and/or English.
• Forklift experience and a valid certificate are a plus.
