Je komt terecht in een prettige werkomgeving met een informele sfeer en duidelijke werktijden. Binnen een moderne productieomgeving waarin werkplezier en gezondheid centraal staan. In Zoetermeer krijg je volop ruimte om te leren, jezelf te ontwikkelen én plezier te hebben in je werk. De werktijden zijn van 08:00 tot 16:00 uur. Tijdens drukke periodes kunnen deze tijdelijk wisselen naar 07:00 tot 15:00 uur of 10:00 tot 18:00 uur. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring ontvang je een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.435,88 en € 2.559,38, wat neerkomt op € 14,99 tot € 15,75 per uur (salaris is bespreekbaar).

As a machine operator, you will work with various small and medium-sized machines in the book production process. You will ensure that products are processed properly through gluing, cutting, or laminating. You will precisely adjust the machines, monitor the process, and intervene when adjustments are needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and operating production machines.
• Monitoring the quality and progress of the process.
• Preparing and sorting materials.
• Assist with other bookbinding tasks, such as cutting covers and sorting card stock.
• Ensure that the workplace is clean and organized.

For this Function , we Function your attitude and motivation above all else. You work with precision, are eager to learn, and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work. Experience with machinery is not required; with the right attitude, we’ll be happy to train you. However, it is important that you are familiar with working in a production environment and understand how processes and quality are interconnected.

• You enjoy being physically active.
• You work well with others and can also take on tasks independently.
• You speak Dutch or English.
