Logistics Associate

Want to work every day in a warehouse full of delicious cheeses, creamy yogurt, and cold milk? Does that sound like a dream come true? Great! We’re currently looking for a logistics associate for our client in Bleiswijk. As a logistics associate, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse processes run smoothly.

This is a Function . You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer a gross monthly salary between €2,371 and €2,600.

We also offer you:

• Travel expenses;
• The opportunity to take training programs and courses;
• If the project is successful, there is a possibility that the client will take it over.

As a logistics associate, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly. You’ll use a forklift to move products around the warehouse. You’ll also process orders in the ERP system. Managing inventory is also part of your responsibilities.

In addition, here are a few of your responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading with a forklift or EPT;
• Picking the products using a handheld scanner;
• Checking the work to ensure that everything is complete before it leaves the premises.

Good to know: The temperature on the work floor is between 5 and 7 degrees Celsius. You’ll be provided with a warm jacket so you can do your job comfortably.

Your working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If the work isn't finished by then, you and your team will finish the job together.

We are looking for a logistics assistant who identifies with the following:

• You have experience in a similar logistics Function;
• You have experience with material handling equipment (forklift and EPT);
• You hold a valid forklift operator's license;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken;
• You are able to maintain a steady pace.

Has your forklift certification just expired? No problem! You can renew it for free through UBN.
