Night Loading Supervisor, Amersfoort

You’ll be working in a casual team where coworkers help each other out. There are opportunities for career advancement or to take on other roles later on, such as order picking or driving.

What will you be doing?
As a loading supervisor in Amersfoort , you Amersfoort at a distribution center. You’ll start around 9:00 p.m. and work until about 5:30 a.m. Together with your coworkers, you’ll ensure that trucks are loaded properly and safely. You’ll work with roll containers and products at various temperatures, ranging from -20 to +20 degrees.
You’ll maintain an overview and ensure that the cargo is arranged logically. Drivers need to be able to leave quickly, so your work is important. You’ll speak up when colleagues don’t follow the rules and help new colleagues get up to speed.
Your responsibilities:

• Loading and Organizing Trucks
• Checking the order and completeness
• Managing and mentoring colleagues
• Working in refrigerated and freezer rooms
• Troubleshooting minor malfunctions and problems

What skills do you need?
For this Function important that you have experience in logistics and can work independently. You follow rules and prioritize safety.

• MBO Level 3 work and thinking skills
• At least 4 years of experience in logistics
• Class C and E Driver's Licenses
• Basic knowledge of computer systems (such as WMS or ERP)
• Speaking and Reading Dutch (for Safety and Communication)

You are physically strong and can work in a cold environment.
