In 1991, Willem de Groot and his business partner at the time opened our first office in Utrecht. Their goal was to help job seekers find work in logistics and industry. And that’s exactly what we continue to do today. With 70 colleagues, we operate in Almere, Amsterdam, Apeldoorn, Groningen, Rotterdam Utrecht. We also have on-site teams at various client locations and serve as a primary supplier.
Our headquarters are located in Bilthoven, in a historic building that was once home to a large family. You can still feel that warm atmosphere today: we create a work environment where everyone feels welcome and valued. Whether you’re a client, a colleague, or a temporary worker—we treat each other with respect and as equals. At UBN, you’ll have the space to grow, develop yourself, and enjoy your work.
