Forklift Operator

Do you already have experience as a forklift operator? Are you looking for a long-term position with the possibility of a permanent contract? Start working right away in Barendrecht as a forklift operator on the day shift (from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). The salary is negotiable and depends on your experience;you’ll earn a gross hourly wage of €13.68 to €15.00, which amounts to a gross monthly salary of €2,371 to €2,600 per month.

As a forklift operator, you’ll be working in the outbound department. You’ll be responsible for processing orders accurately and on time. No order will be late because of you. You already have experience operating a forklift and can jump right in. Of course, you’ll receive thorough training, but you already have a solid understanding of how logistics processes work.

As Function you are responsible for efficiently preparing the goods. You have a supervisory Function working with precision is essential to prevent errors.

In addition, you will also be responsible for the following tasks:

• Picking items to be shipped from the warehouse (using a forklift or a hand pallet truck).
• You will pack the materials yourself and prepare them for shipment.
• Loading and unloading with a forklift.
• You keep the warehouse tidy and organized.

• You have experience as a forklift operator.
• Knowledge of or experience in the logistics industry.
• You don't shy away from a challenge and can easily adapt to change.
• You are motivated, physically strong, and have good communication skills.
• You have a good command of the Dutch language (both spoken and written).

The headquarters is located in Barendrecht, where approximately 25 people work on-site, with an additional 900 employees worldwide.
