Forklift driver

Would you like to work as a forklift driver in a dynamic company that provides fast deliveries of pallets every day? We have a large 15,000 m² site and a stock of about 100,000 pallets in different shapes and sizes. As a forklift driver, you will help with neatly sorting pallets and moving stock, so that we can always deliver top quality.

Salary of minimum € 14,50 gross per hour/ € 2,523 per month from 21 years and older;
Working hours from 08:00 to 17:00;

As a forklift driver, you will work in our warehouse. You will move different types of pallets and make sure everything is in the right place. You load and unload pallets safely and help to keep the warehouse tidy and efficient. These tasks could soon be part of your responsibilities in one of the largest warehouses in Zeewolde. Are you ready to take on this challenging role as a forklift driver? Then we are looking for you!

- You have experience as a warehouse worker;
- You hold a forklift certificate;
- You can work accurately and meticulously;
- You speak the Dutch language;
- Quality is very important to you.

De With Pallets was founded in the late 1970s, more than thirty years ago. The company quickly gained a foothold in the market as a manufacturer of houten pallets. Later the activities were expanded to include the trade in used pallets and the production of crates and boxes.
In the eighties and nineties the company experienced gradual growth; a loyal customer base was built up and steadily expanded. Under the influence of rising labor costs, at the beginning of this century the company was transformed from a manufacturing company to a trading company. Production was moved to low-wage countries. We do keep custom production in-house.
In addition, the sorting and repair department was modernized. This has led to a sharp increase in capacity. Stock has also been greatly increased in order to continue to offer short delivery times.

The moment you apply to us, we review your resume. Do we see a match with our client? Then we will call you for an introduction at our office or a video interview. During this conversation we discuss work experience, education and wishes for a new challenge. In addition, we give some extra information about the work and the client. Do we still see a click and are you still driven to start? Then we will introduce you to the client as a forklift driver.

Is the client also happy with your resume? Then you will be invited for a personal interview. Of course, they also want to assess whether the click is justified. After a positive feedback from both of you, we can draw up the documents and you can get to work as a forklift driver.
