Flexo printer

Are you technically inclined, do you have an eye for detail and some experience in the printing industry? With us in Zwolle you can further develop your skills as a flexo printer. You will work in a cozy family business and receive extensive guidance. You will help produce high quality printed matter. With good performance there is a real chance of a permanent job with the client.

We work in a 3-shift system with the following working hours: 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 and 22:00 - 06:00. You will work an average of 36 hours per week and always have weekends off. In addition, we offer a gross monthly salary between € 2,500 and € 3,000.

An additional benefit: because you work in a 3-shift system, you will receive a shift bonus of 25%. Sounds attractive, right?

Are you ready for a challenging role with plenty of growth opportunities? Beautiful! As a Flexo printer, you will be responsible for printing orders. You will supervise the entire process from start to finish. You will also receive extensive support in graphic design, materials processing and the shipping process.

In addition to printing, you will also perform various preparatory tasks, including:

- Setting up and adjusting the printing press.
- Noticing and correcting quality deviations.
- Maintaining standards and quality requirements.
- Controlling output during the printing process.
- Managing printing press helpers.

You will also be responsible for keeping the machines and work environment clean. In this position it is important that you comply with all regulations on hygiene, food safety, quality and FSC standards.

As a Flexo printer, you have an important role, especially when it comes to performing quality checks. Therefore, we are looking for someone who:

• Already has some experience in a similar position.
• Has a technical education and/or graphic knowledge at the intermediate level.
• Independent, accurate and reliable.
• Can solve problems quickly and step by step with the right information.

We originated in 1869 as a book printing company and around 1900 expanded our business to printing flexible packaging for food products. Today we print plastic for coffee milk cups and packaging for vegetables found in stores, among other things. As specialists in printing flexible food packaging, we offer both individual and full-service support, from graphic design to delivery and processing of materials. We provide various types of flexible packaging on materials such as plastic, paper and aluminum, and continually respond to customer needs to offer endless possibilities.
