Flexographic printer

Are you technically minded, do you have an eye for detail, and do you have some experience in the printing industry? At our location in Zwolle, you can further develop your skills as a flexographic printer. You’ll work in a friendly family-run business and receive extensive guidance. You’ll help produce high-quality printed materials. If you perform well, there’s a real chance of a permanent position with the client.

We operate on a three-shift schedule with the following working hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. You’ll work an average of 36 hours per week and always have the weekends off. In addition, we offer a gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,000.

An added bonus: since you’ll be working three shifts, you’ll receive a 25% shift differential. Sounds appealing, doesn’t it?

Are you ready for a challenging role with plenty of opportunities for growth? Great! As a Flexographic Printer, you’ll be responsible for print jobs. You’ll oversee the entire process from start to finish. You’ll also receive extensive support with graphic design, material handling, and the shipping process.

In addition to printing, you will also perform various preparatory tasks, including:

– Setting up and adjusting the printing press.
– Identifying and correcting quality deviations.
– Ensuring compliance with standards and quality requirements.
– Monitoring the output during the printing process.
– Supervising printing press assistants.

You will also be responsible for keeping the machines and the work area clean. In this Function , it Function important that you comply with all regulations regarding hygiene, food safety, quality, and FSC standards.

As a flexographic printer, you play a key role, especially when it comes to performing quality checks. That’s why we’re looking for someone who:

• Anyone with experience in a similar Function.
• Has a technical education and/or graphic design skills at the vocational level.
• is independent, meticulous, and reliable.
• Solve problems quickly and step by step with the right information.

Today, we print on materials such as plastic for coffee creamer cups and packaging for vegetables found in stores.
