Air Freight Forwarder

As an Air Freight Export Coordinator at our client’s company, you will be responsible for the entire processing of export shipments. You will work closely with customers, airlines, and internal departments to ensure that shipments are processed on time and in accordance with regulations.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain contact with customers and carriers.
• Preparing and verifying shipping documents.
• Provide advice on logistics issues.
• Customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
• Calculating and invoicing shipments.

What are we looking for?

• High school level of work and thinking.
• At least 3 years of work experience as an export coordinator in the air freight industry.
• Experience with forklifts and reach trucks is a plus.
• MS Office skills.
• Skilled in networking and building customer relationships.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Stress-resistant and service-oriented.
• You must be able to apply for a VGB.
