In-house Sales Representative

The office is accessible by car and is a 20-minute walk from the train station. If needed, a bicycle is available for commuting from the station to work. We offer you a challenging Function an inside sales representative, with the opportunity to retrain as a sales engineer! Additionally:

• A position requiring 36–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• A competitive salary, starting at €16.38 gross per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek, experience, and qualifications.
• Travel expense reimbursement.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work closely with your colleagues in the field, who maintain direct contact with customers. From our office in Zaandam, you’ll ensure that their appointments run smoothly and that sales proceed efficiently. You’ll do this for both domestic and international customers. Your responsibilities will also include the following tasks:

• Preparing and processing quotes.
• Monitoring the status of quotes and discussing them with the sales department.
• Communicating with customers and suppliers about products, prices, and delivery times.
• Work with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

To perform these tasks effectively, it’s important that you’re service-oriented and can easily empathize with our customers’ needs. You’re always ready to help them, and with your friendly demeanor and clear communication, you ensure that customers feel heard and welcome. In addition, you thrive on structure, ensuring that quotes are always accurate and no one is overlooked. Does this sound like you? Then we’re looking for you! • You must have completed at least a Level 3 vocational education program.
• You have experience with Microsoft Office and are proficient in using it.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, and fluency in English is a plus.
• Preferably, you have experience with Exact Globe, but this is not a requirement.
