The office is accessible by private transportation and is a 20-minute walk from the train station. If necessary, a bicycle is available to cycle from the station to work. We offer you a challenging position as an inside sales representative, with the opportunity to be retrained as a commercial technician! Further:

• A job between 36-40 hours per week from Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 18:00.
• A good salary, starting at €16.38 gross per hour, depending on 40 hours per week, experience and qualifications.
• Travel reimbursement.

As an inside sales representative, you will work closely with your colleagues in the field who have personal contact with customers. From our office in Zaandam, you will make sure that their appointments run smoothly and that sales run smoothly. You do this for both national and international customers. This includes the following tasks:

• Preparing and handling quotes.
• Monitoring the progress of quotations and consulting with the sales department on this.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers about products, prices and delivery times.
• Working with your team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

To perform these tasks well, it is important that you are service-oriented and can easily empathize with the needs of our customers. You are always ready to help them and with your friendly attitude and clear communication you make customers feel heard and welcome. In addition, you like structure, so quotations are always right and no one is overlooked. Do you recognize yourself in this? Then we are looking for you! Furthermore, we ask that you meet the following requirements:

• You have completed at least a mbo level 3.
• You are experienced and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language both orally and in writing, and it is a plus if you also speak English.
• Preferably you have experience with Exact Globe, but this is not a requirement.
