In-house Sales Representative

In addition, the following conditions apply:

• A salary in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement, determined based on your education and experience (between €2,674 and €3,606 per month based on a 38-hour workweek);
• A 32- to 40-hour workweek;
• 8.33% vacation pay;
• 25.5 days of vacation based on full-time employment;
• Gym membership fees and other tax-free allowances.

As an inside sales representative, you serve as the link between the customer and the company. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and expanding customer relationships, improving service, and supporting the sales team.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing quotes;
• Processing orders;
• Provide administrative support to the sales team;
• Customer relationship management in the CRM system;
• Liaising with internal departments.

You work well in a team and are a truly customer-focused professional with a business-minded approach. You also enjoy finding solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

You also have:

• A completed MBO-4 degree in a business-related field;
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar Function;
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• The ability to work independently and a customer-oriented attitude.

Since the company was founded 25 years ago, our client has been continuously introducing new plants. They grow and sell these themselves.
