Inside sales representative

In addition, the following conditions are offered:

• A salary in accordance with collective bargaining agreement that will be adjusted based on your education and experience (between €2674 and €3606 per month based on a 38-hour work week);
• A work week of 32-40 hours;
• 8.33% vacation pay;
• 25.5 vacation days based on full-time employment;
• Gym contribution and other tax-free allowances.

As an inside sales representative, you are the link between the customer and the organization. Crucial tasks you will be involved in are maintaining and expanding customer relationship management, improving service and supporting the sales team.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparation of quotations;
• Processing orders;
• Provide administrative support to the sales team;
• Relationship management in the CRM system;
• Liaise with internal departments.

You can work well in a team and are a real customer-oriented professional with a commercial attitude. You also enjoy looking for solutions to meet customer needs.

Furthermore, you have:

• A completed MBO 4 education in the commercial field;
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position;
• Command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbal and written;
• Ability to work independently and a customer-oriented attitude.
