Driver

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable driver to transport garden furniture for a growing company in Heijenoord. Are you a driver who enjoys variety and has no problem transporting garden furniture safely and professionally? Do you want to be part of a friendly and close-knit team and do you enjoy working outdoors? Then this driver position at our company is exactly what you’re looking for!

The salary is at least €14.45 gross per hour. That amounts to €2,502 gross per month. It’s also worth noting that the company is not easily accessible by public transportation. You will receive a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

What are you going to do?

As a driver, you’ll be responsible for transporting our finest garden furniture from our warehouse to various customers and suppliers. Your daily tasks will include:

• Delivering garden furniture to private homes or businesses.
• Carefully loading and unloading furniture, always ensuring that the items are handled properly.
• Checking the condition of the furniture and reporting any damage or missing items.
• Obeying traffic rules and ensuring a safe ride.
• Performing minor maintenance on the vehicle and keeping it clean and tidy

What are we looking for in a candidate?

• A valid Class B driver's license.
• Physical fitness for lifting and moving garden furniture.
• A professional and customer-friendly demeanor, as you will be in direct contact with customers.
• The ability to work independently and handle time pressure effectively.
• Flexible working hours. You must be available between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

• Experience as a driver, preferably in transporting goods or furniture.
• Physical fitness for lifting and moving garden furniture.
• A professional and customer-friendly demeanor, as you will be in direct contact with customers.

• You speak Dutch or English.
