Can you ensure that 5 million packages are delivered on time and in good condition? Do you have experience in logistics and are you eager to roll up your sleeves? We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Team Leader who wants to use their experience to strengthen our team.
As an Assistant Team Leader, you will manage a team (of approximately 40 people) and work together to ensure that all packages are processed correctly and on time.
This is a Function irregular shifts. We offer a gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,500, depending on your knowledge and experience, plus a shift differential.
We also offer:
· A shift differentialof 30% between 8:00 PM and midnight, 45% between midnight and 6:00 AM, and 50% on weekends.
· 25vacation days per year, a pension plan, and reimbursement for travel expenses.

As an Assistant Team Leader, you and your team ensure that all packages are processed correctly and on time. Together with your team, you are responsible for loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting incoming and outgoing packages. In addition, you help organize and plan these activities, support the team leader, and perform light administrative tasks. You ensure that everything is done in accordance with our work and safety instructions, so that everything runs safely and smoothly.
As an Assistant Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records.
- Ensure that all packages are processed on time and efficiently.

What are you bringing?
- At least a vocational education (LBO) level of work and thinking.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch. Fluency in English is a plus.
- Experience in logistics is a plus
