As Assistant Team Leader you will manage a team (of about 40 people) and together ensure that all packages are processed properly and on time.
This is a position of 40 hours per week in irregular shifts. We offer a gross monthly salary between € 2,500 and € 3,500, depending on knowledge and experience, and an irregularity allowance.
Furthermore, we offer:
- Irregularity bonus of 30% between 20:00 - 00:00, of 45% between 00:00 - 06:00 and 50% on weekends.
- 25 vacation days per year, pension plan and travel reimbursement.

What you will do
As an Assistant Team Leader, you and your team will ensure that all packages are processed properly and on time. Together with your team you are responsible for loading, unloading, scanning and sorting packages coming in and going out. You will also help organize and plan these activities, support the team leader and perform light administrative tasks. You will oversee that everything is done according to our work and safety instructions so that everything runs safely and well.
As an Assistant Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the team.
- Assist in organizing and planning daily activities.
- Ensuring that everyone follows work and safety rules.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as record keeping.
- Ensure all packages are processed on time and efficiently.

What do you bring?
- Minimum of lbo working and thinking level.
- Good command of the Dutch language in word and writing. Speaking English is a plus.
- Experience in logistics is a plus
