Assembly Worker

As a production worker in the assembly department, you’ll be involved in building HVAC systems, such as air handling units. You’ll work from technical drawings and ensure that every product is delivered in good condition and complete.
You get a sense of fulfillment from creating a finished product you can be proud of. Together with your team, you’ll make sure everything is ready on time, even when things get busy.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling parts according to the drawing
• Inspection of Materials and Quality
• Gathering parts for production
• Connecting Electrical Components (if you've learned how)
• Checking and Improving the Final Product

You'll be working in a team with a great atmosphere where everyone has a hands-on approach.

For this Function an assembly worker, it’s important that you enjoy working with your hands and have an interest in technology. You don’t need to know how to do everything yet; motivation is what matters most.

• You have experience with assembly
• You're interested in electrical engineering
• You can follow technical drawings
• You work with precision and pay close attention to quality
• You speak Dutch for work instructions and safety

You’ll be working at the production site in Veendam. There, you’ll receive thorough on-the-job training through an in-house training program. You’ll learn the trade step by step, both through hands-on experience and formal training.
