All-Around Warehouse Worker

As an all-around warehouse worker, we offer you the following:

• Full-time work Monday through Wednesday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
• A gross monthly salary of €2,600 based on a 40-hour workweek;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (up to €7.75 per day) or public transportation reimbursement;
• 50% weekend premium.

As an all-around warehouse associate, you’ll work partly in the warehouse and partly in the Coolware department. So you don’t mind the cold! As an all-around warehouse associate, you’ll ensure that the logistics process runs smoothly. You’ll do this by performing the following tasks:

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing goods;
• Order picking and packing using barcode scanners;
• Loading and unloading containers;
• Operating forklifts, reach trucks, and EPTs;
• Preparing shipments and light administrative work;
• Inclusion of periodic inventory.

And in the Coolware section:

• Storing and entering goods into PeopleSoft;
• Order dry ice;
• Clean and defrost refrigerated goods;
• Clean your workspace and keep it clean.

You are eligible for this Function you have experience in logistics and are comfortable operating forklifts and reach trucks. You will be handling glass and ceramics, so dropping a box is not an option. It is therefore important that you already have a valid certification.

It is also important that:

• You enjoy working as a true all-rounder.
• You have a good command of Dutch and/or English. (This is an American company where English is the language of communication.)
• You have at least 1–2 years of experience operating forklifts and reach trucks and hold valid certifications.
• You're good with computers;
• Has access to personal transportation.
